Puedes simplemente agujerear olgadamente y poner Las varillas roscadas con resina epoxi.  

Y queda mas firme que cementada.  

Ademas puedes engrasar la parte inferior del Plato que apoya

Y poner sobre el cemento resina epoxi con talco.  Para que Al secar quede un buen apoyo. Y puedas despegar el pier.
