Buscando por la web recién...(amargado y resentido) me crucé con esta página que provee una serie de pronósticos, algunos especializados para astronomía, otros me parece que no tanto...cuestión de probar...

La verdad es todo un tema, hasta ahora no conozco ningún pronóstico que sea al menos %80 efectivo. Me interesa mucho el tema, y hasta ahora, el que me pareció bastante bueno es Winguru.
