Buenas se me rompió está pieza tenía algo de holgura y ahora se pasó la rosca pero no sé cómo se llama si alguien me puede decir como se llama

Parece que es un cabezal del tipo vixen o milano, si el problema es que se te barrio la rosca hay muchas soluciones posibles, como por ejemplo volver a roscar y colocar casquillo (como se hace en las motos cuando se barren las roscas de las bujias). Espero que puedas solucionarlo.
