Buenas gente. Alguien sabe si alguna herramienta implementa algo parecido a lo que hacen los sistemas de SBIG de adaptative optics pero por software?

Googleando unas cosas para mi tesis encontré esta demo http://pixel.kyb.tuebingen.mpg.de/obd/ pero está en matlab y anda super lento. Estuve mirando el algoritmo pero no se si dé para hacer algo en tiempo real sin usar una GPU.

Si alguien conoce de alguna herramienta que lo tenga implementado, no me avisan?
