Hola machachada! Haber si alguien me puede ayudar, ya que adquirí una webcam philips SPC900NC nueva en caja, que aparentemente tiene algún problema con la imagen.

La cámara anda bien, enfoca todo bárbaro, pero se ve una raya blanca y otra azul como si fueran unos puntos. Limpie el lente probé con otros programas de captura y nada siguen esa manchas. tendrá algún problema el sensor?

ahí adjunte una imagen en donde se ven esas rayas o puntos. Gracias.

hola choperudo, al parecer tenes unos pixeles muertos, si podes habla cion quien te la vendio y cambiala por otra.
